Dan founded ARC at thirty-one, after a lifetime of difficult sleep led him to nearly a decade of reading the longevity literature in search of a framing that actually worked. He concluded that the supplement category had failed to meet what the research clearly says about sleep, and built ARC to close the gap — clinically dosed, third-party tested, every claim defensible, every batch published. He is, before anything else, the product's first customer. He spent two years working with formulators, clinicians, and stone carvers to build a single nightly ritual worth keeping for the next three decades. He writes The Letter and hosts The Long Arc.
